Every person I've talked to lately has been telling me about how there are 'no good guys/girls' and how they are gonna be forever alone. But I know that isn't true. And I know pretty much everybody else probably will agree with me on this.
I just want a guy who will treat me right, who will be my best friend but my boyfriend/husband at the same time. They will be entirely faithful and will never ever even think about doing otherwise.
I just want a guy who will hug and cuddle me when I have nightmares at night (no matter how much he hates waking up), who will make me laugh when I'm down, and will stand up for me when nobody else does. I want to be able to do cute couple things and best friend-y thing together like go to the carnival and act like a bunch of little kids together. I don't care what this guy looks like. I don't care who he has been with before- or what he's done before. I don't care if he is 8 years older than me. I don't care what hair color, eye color, tattoos (if he has any), or race is. I don't care what country he comes from. I don't care if he is disabled. Because I already love him. And I'm pretty sure I've never met him before.
But when peoples' standards are all about looks, and they complain about the guys' attitude, I just think “Why don't you go check the friend-zone where you left all the decent guys who would've treated you right?
